I find it rather surprising, the devs ever thought this was a good idea, when users want their choice to apply to the entire game, not just the 'cinematic' bits,

I only discovered helmets were removed for cutscenes, because I just stumbled across this thread. Those that don't want to see helmets, don't even know they are removed for the cutscenes, because they've already been forced into choosing not to wear helmets. Those that want to see helmets want to see them for the entire game, and are complaining about the forced removal in cutscene. The Helmet option should be in the game settings, and toggle helmet visibility, for the entire game. Should there be an option for headgear during conversations and cutscenes?
